The French and English idioms Apportez sa pierre à la édifice and Bring to the tableare equivalent in meaning. The eight artists in Dialogue literally brought ideas to the table during our in-person and online meetings. The information and objects shared and discussed became the starting point for making work. For my contribution to the exhibition I created a mash-up of intuitive observations in a series of eight paintings.
